Ixorvanta Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A. ("Ixorvanta", "we") respects your right to privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you entrust to us. This policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect your information, in accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 and other applicable regulations.

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling out forms (name, email, optional phone number), as well as technical data generated by your navigation (IP address, device type, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, platform news, investment opportunities, to comply with legal obligations (including anti-money-laundering rules required by the UIF) and to improve the service through analytics.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases for processing are: your express consent when subscribing, compliance with legal obligations applicable to collective financing platforms authorised by the CNV, and our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the service.
5. Sharing and transfer
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technology service providers (hosting, analytics, email) acting as data processors under confidentiality agreements, and with regulators (CNV, UIF, AFIP) when required by law.
6. Retention
We keep your data while you maintain a relationship with Ixorvanta and, afterwards, for the periods required by Argentine regulations (minimum 10 years for records related to financial and AML obligations).
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition at any time by writing to privacy@ixorvanta.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the supervisory body of Law 25.326.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
