These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website ixorvanta.com (the "Site"), owned by Ixorvanta Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A. ("Ixorvanta"), registered with the IGJ under No. 8,412, CUIT 30-71823461-9, with registered office at Av. del Libertador 6450, Floor 11, CABA. By accessing the Site you accept these terms in full.

1. Purpose

The Site provides institutional, educational and commercial information about Ixorvanta's real estate crowdlending activity, a platform authorised by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV) through Resolution No. RESFC-2024-23156-APN-DIR#CNV.

2. Not an offer

The information contained on the Site is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer, investment recommendation, financial advice or guarantee of return. Any investment decision must be made after reading the specific documentation of each project and, where applicable, signing the corresponding contract on the authorised platform.

3. Registration and accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide when subscribing. Ixorvanta may reject subscriptions or request additional documentation to comply with the obligations imposed by the Unidad de Información Financiera (UIF) regarding the prevention of money laundering.

4. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, trademarks, logos, images, code) is owned by Ixorvanta or used under licence. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

5. Investment risks

Investing in real estate projects involves risks, including total or partial loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Before investing, read the information for each project and consider your risk profile.

6. Limitation of liability

Ixorvanta will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site, service interruptions, errors in information published by third parties, or investment decisions made based on the content available.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
